We’ve been crafting Barossa rosé for 8 years now. We love it. But in 2019 we decided to keep aside our best parcel of old vine Grenache and Mourvèdre from an amazing vineyard in the Lyndoch foothills to produce something a little more opulent... and the rest as they say is history. Think bright cherries & berry aromas; peaches & cream with a hint of savoury spice on the palate; and an indulgent creaminess to finish. Wild fermented, with a short stint in gorgeous French oak barrels; this wine is the definition of lush and the perfect addition to your Christmas table - pair with hot or cold smoked salmon with creme fraiche & chives; honey glazed ham or cranberry & pistachio stuffed turkey. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan friendly. Only 493 dozen made.
