Chaffey Bros is winemaking brothers-in-law Daniel Chaffey Hartwig & Theo Engela along with young gun winemaker & seventh generation grower, Huon Fechner.

Part perfumiers; part historians; part mad scientists... 

We craft our handmade wines from a number of epic low-yielding vineyards nestled among the pristine Barossa & Eden Valleys in South Australia. 

Our wine philosophy is ‘New Wave Barossa’... Soil up. Aromatic. Textural. Unadulterated.

Our main varietal pillars: Old vine Barossa Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre along with aromatic Germanic white grapes from Eden Valley (Riesling, Kerner, Gewürztraminer)
