Straw in the glass with heady aromas of lime and citrus, Turkish delight, crushed stone, white flowers, rose petals and almond paste. Textural, stony, sapid and pure, it cuts a lovely line on the palate, sashaying with a confident and delicious gait. Finishes dry and crisp, like sucking on a river pebble ... if you're into that.
